Z41X-Open stem soft seal gate valve

Open stem soft seal gate valve is a special valve used in fire protection pipe networks. Because of its intuitive valve opening height, it is generally installed at a higher position from the ground.

The valve body is cast with ductile iron and coated with epoxy resin as a whole to prevent corrosion and rust, and reduce damage to other equipment in the pipeline. The valve plate adopts EPDM flat plate vulcanization process, which has the advantages of high temperature corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The valve cover adopts a gland structure to prevent the problem of aging and fatigue of the rubber ring due to long-term use, and leakage. The bolts are also made of 304 stainless steel to prevent corrosion and are not easy to twist, so as to increase the service life of the valve, reduce the cost of customers in the future use, and reduce daily maintenance and unnecessary replacement links.
