NRS Resilient gate valve with BS5163

Elastic seat seal gate valve is the 1 new type of valve used for pipeline connection opening in recent years. Elastic seat seal gate valve is also called soft seal gate valve. Due to its wide range of uses, good sealing performance and long service life, it is widely used in tap water pipe network, building fire fighting, electric power, pharmacy, etc.

The valve body is made of ductile iron, and the whole is coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust and prolong the overall service life of the valve. The valve disc adopts flat vulcanization process and is made of EPDM rubber. With its excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and flexibility, the overall adaptability is achieved. The valve stem is made of 2CR13 stainless steel through precision processing, polishing and other processes. Three "O" sealing methods are adopted. The sealing ring is made of silicone rubber, wear resistance and high temperature, the characteristics of large amount of deformation compensation provide reliable guarantee for the overall service life of the valve.
