The hard-sealed gate valve, also known as the protective gate valve, is used in heating, civil air defense projects and related pipe networks. The valve body is cast with ductile iron and coated with epoxy resin to prevent the valve body from rusting and corrosion. Because the whole is non-toxic drinking water standard, it can also be drunk raw. The valve body sealing surface is welded with copper alloy. Because copper alloy has good wear resistance and ductility, the whole valve has good sealing during use. The valve plate also adopts copper alloy welding process, which is not easy to appear jamming during opening and closing.

The valve stem is made of 2cr13 or B2 brass. The fully automatic processing technology ensures the processing accuracy of each valve stem, ensuring that there will be no inflexible switch phenomenon of different sizes during use, thereby greatly improving the valve in the service life. The valve has a good opening and closing effect, and reduces daily maintenance and replacement. It greatly reduces the use cost and labor replacement cost for the user unit.

The leakage level of the hard-sealed gate valve is D. In order to improve the sealing performance of the valve, the valve plate grinding process and the valve plate end milling process are adopted to ensure its strict coaxial concentricity, so that the valve level is A or B standard.
