Installation precautions

  1. Directionality: During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off.
  2. Choose the appropriate type: For horizontal pipes, select a lift check valve with the valve bonnet facing upwards; for vertical pipes, select a vertical flap check valve.
  3. Cleaning and inspection: Before installation, make sure that the valve is thoroughly clean and all surface defects caused during transportation should be treated.

Maintenance and maintenance

  1. Storage and transportation: During storage, the flap of the silence check valve should be fixed in the open position, and the inner ports at both ends are blocked with foam plates and tightened with a stuffed cover to prevent dust and rust.
  2. Regular inspection: During long-term storage, regular inspection and cleaning of dirt and rust should be carried out, and anti-rust oil should be reapplied.
  3. Avoid bearing extra weight: Do not allow check valves to bear weight in the pipeline. Large diameter check valves should be supported independently to avoid being affected by the pressure generated by the pipe system.

Usage environment and media

  1. Applicable medium: Sound-silent check valves are generally suitable for clean media and are not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.
  2. Temperature and pressure: The applicable temperature and pressure of the sound-silent check valve should comply with its technical parameters. For example, the applicable temperature of the HC41X energy-saving sound-silent check valve is 0℃~80℃, and the nominal pressure is 1.0~1.6MPa
