The valve body is made of ductile iron and coated with epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust, extending the overall service life of the valve. The valve disc adopts a flat plate vulcanization process and is made of EPDM rubber, which achieves overall adaptability with its excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and flexibility. The valve stem is made of 2CR13 stainless steel and is completed through precision machining, polishing, and other processes. It adopts three "O" - shaped sealing methods, and the sealing ring material is silicone rubber, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, and has a large deformation compensation capacity, providing reliable guarantee for the overall service life of the valve.
