The HQ41X ball check valve adopts a rubber wrapped rolling ball as the valve disc. Under the action of the medium, it can roll up and down on the integral slide inside the valve body to open or close the valve.
The ball check valve is made of ductile iron casting and electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin. The ball body is mainly made of 304 stainless steel base ball and externally vulcanized with EPDM rubber, effectively preventing sealing loss caused by rubber detachment.

Due to its unique structural principle, the ball check valve forms a free fall state in the valve chamber, so it can be installed horizontally and vertically, effectively preventing poor sealing caused by foreign objects jamming.
